- Don't panic. Now is still a really great time to sell.
- Make sure your home is in the best possible condition. With more homes on the market buyers have choices and the house in the best condition will win.
- Price it correctly. Buyers have options and you don't want your house to sit.
- Reset your expectations. Chances are your house won't sell in multiple offers in its first hour on the market but it will sell.

- Be prepared to move quickly. Houses are still moving fast. And although we have more inventory now than last year at this time we are still behind.
- Don't expect a deal or to low ball. We're just not there yet.
