Any time we had jitters about the market with such low inventory, they were happy to jump on the phone to talk through our concerns. They were on one hand our "house therapists", showing us neighborhoods and features of homes, always patiently listening and helping us go back to our family needs every time we were entranced by a shiny well-staged but impractical house.
