If you're ready to buy a home this spring now is the time to get prepared. The good news, it's easier than you may think. All you need to do is follow the steps below and you'll be hunting for you new home before you know it.

Step 1: Meet with us. We can talk about your goals and help guide the process.

Step 2: Get pre-approved. You absolutely must do this. This helps us put the necessary parameters around your new home search. It's also a big part of the offer. We can't make one without it.

Step 3: This is the fun part. Start searching for houses.

Step 4: Make an offer.

Step 5: Conduct Inspections.

Step 6: Complete paperwork for your lender and the title company.

Step 7: Close on your new home and get the keys!

We've done this a long time and we can tell you that the majority of the stress comes from not knowing. Starting the conversation and getting pre-approved will help tremendously. You can't achieve a goal if you don't know the steps to get you there.
