If we're in Armatage you're going to find us at Colita, the cocktails here are so fun, Red Wagon or Pizzeria Lola. I guess we have a thing for wood-fired pizza, is it us or the kids? When you're done eating and it's time to get a few things done around the house forgo the big box stores and pop in to Settergren Hardware, they're an 'old-fashioned' hardware store and we absolutely adore them. All you need to do is walk in and you will be greeted and helped and trust me when I tell you that they know how to do everything. Bonus you can eat popcorn while you shop.

This neighborhood is nestled between Lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake Harriet and is home to so many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. And the homes in Linden Hills are some of our favorites mostly because we have a thing for old homes and front porches. If you have the time we highly recommend grabbing a cone at Sebastian Joe's and strolling along Linden Hills Blvd.

A little bit of history for you, this neighborhood gets its name from the Linden trees that flank its beautiful streets. It's bordered to the north by Lake Bde Maka Ska and West 36th Street, to the east by Lake Harriet and William Berry Parkway, to the south by West 47th Street, and to the west by France Avenue.

What do we like to do in Linden Hills other than admire all the beautiful houses?  We like to eat and shop. Martina is our current favorite to eat and Les Sol, a small local boutique for women to shop.
