The Twin Cities Real Estate Market
I'm sure you've heard the news by now, the Twin Cities real estate market is shifting. With rising interest rates, fewer existing home sales and more homes being listed, things aren't what they used to be. But despite concerns, a slow down does not mean it's a bad time to buy or sell a home.
Much needed breathing room for buyers:
In fact if you're a home buyer this can be viewed as a very good thing. Now is actually a great time to take advantage of the recent price reductions and additional days on the market. You can finally take a moment to breathe.
Not bad for sellers either: House prices are predicted to hold strong as we continue as we continue to shift towards a more balanced market. Although you may need to adjust your exceptions for days on market and multiple offers. A balanced market is something we've all been asking for since before the pandemic.
